NCAA March Madness 2019

The NCAA tournament has gone just about as expected. Top seeds winning with a few minor upsets here and there, but here are some recaps of some important games in the first and second round.

#6 Iowa State upset by #11 Ohio State 59-62.

#10 Iowa defeated #7 Cincinnati 79-71.

#12 Murray St. upset Marquette 83-64.

#13 UC Irvine topped #4 Kansas State 70-64.

#12 Liberty beat #5 Mississippi State 80-76.

With Iowa State out of the tournament that leaves us with only Iowa in the round of 32. They are scheduled to play 2nd seeded Tennessee with a chance to advance to the sweet 16.

Other teams that have already punched their tickets are Kentucky, Michigan, LSU, Purdue, Florida State, and Gonzaga. With no perfect brackets remaining, the only question now is, who will win it all?
